Large 4 story 93 unit retirement condo. This building was built on top of an existing underground parking garage shared with multiple buildings. The fire alarm system was to be integrated with all other building. As an afterthought and by client request, we were tasked with adding a full nurse call system using a design build approach and a generator after the building was occupied and complete.
